The Boeing 787 Business Class Seat follows Air France’s “Best and Beyond” brand image introduced earlier with the Boeing 777 Business Class Seat. The Air France typical cabin design language has been incorporated to the seat and its characteristic details. As a joined project between Air France and KLM, the challenge lay in the balance between allowing maximum common parts for both programs while maintaining the individual design character of each brand. In collaboration with Zodiac Aerospace, this common platform approach has been applied to the Cirrus based seat resulting in two aircraft seats that represent the values of each airline
